Challenge
Dedicated walkie-talkie fleets are expensive to buy and painful to keep running: handset costs compound as teams grow, maintenance, repairs, batteries, and spare inventory drain operations budgets, and coverage or licensing constraints vary by site. At the same time, teams still juggle chat apps and fragile consumer tools that were never built for sub-second, hands-free voice at work. IT leaders need PTT that people will actually use — without trading away security, tenancy, or operational control.
What we built
We designed and shipped FellowConn end-to-end: PTT on the smartphones your teams already carry — sidestepping dedicated radio procurement and heavy hardware maintenance while keeping organization-grade controls. Flutter clients for iOS and Android, real-time messaging over WebSockets, workspace and channel models fit for real businesses, and backend services engineered for concurrent sessions — from drivers and retail floors to operations hubs.

Absolute TimeBridge
Gateway that turns biometric punches into signed HRMS webhooks
A production-grade drop-in gateway for ZKTeco and other ADMS-compatible devices: durable punch queue, HMAC-signed idempotent webhooks, and first-party connectors into Keka, Zoho People, BambooHR, or a generic stack — cloud, VPC, or on-prem.
Challenge
IT and HR teams waste weeks on brittle device-to-HRMS integrations: polling, dropped punches, no signing, and no story when the HRMS is down. Most roll-your-own solutions never match real ADMS behavior.
What we built
We built Absolute TimeBridge: native ADMS/push protocol handling, a never-lose queue with retries, HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks with idempotency keys, admin-configured connectors, and multi-tenant operations with audit trails — deploy managed or as a licensed container in your VPC or air-gapped site.
